Privacy policy

Last updated 8 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information Primora Interiors collects when you use our website or buy from us, how we use it, and your rights. We have kept it as short and clear as we can.

1. Who we are

Primora Interiors Ltd designs, supplies and fits kitchens, fitted bedrooms and media walls. We are a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11517514. Our registered office is Office 1, Brunswick Road, Brunswick Way, Liverpool, L1 3BN.

We are the "controller" of the personal information described here, which means we decide how it is used. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email hello@primorainteriors.co.uk or call 0333 188 5868.

2. The information we collect

We only collect what we need to price, design, supply and fit your kitchen or furniture. This may include:

  • Contact details: your name, phone number, email address, postcode and home address.
  • Details about your project: the answers you give in our online estimator, room sizes, your choice of range and colours, plans or photos you upload or send us on WhatsApp, and notes from your design visit.
  • Booking details: the day and time you choose for a design visit.
  • Order and payment details: what you have ordered, amounts paid and owed, and delivery and fitting dates. We do not keep your card details: card payments are handled by our payment provider.
  • Messages: emails, calls, texts and WhatsApp messages between us.
  • Trade partners: if you sign up as a trade partner, your name, business name, contact details and the details we need to pay referral fees.
  • Website use: basic information about how you use our website, collected by cookies if you agree to them (see section 7).

Most of this comes straight from you. If a builder or another trade partner introduced you to us, they may have given us your name and contact details so that we can get in touch.

3. How we use your information and why

The law says we must have a valid reason (a "lawful basis") for using your information. Ours are:

  • To give you an estimate, arrange a design visit and send you a quote. We do this because you asked us to, before entering into a contract with you.
  • To supply and fit your order, arrange delivery, take payment and look after any aftercare or guarantee claims. This is needed to carry out our contract with you.
  • To keep financial records such as invoices and VAT records. This is a legal obligation.
  • To follow up on an estimate or quote you asked for, by phone or email, within a reasonable time. This is in our legitimate interests, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
  • To pay a referral fee to a builder or trade partner who introduced you, which means telling them your order went ahead. This is in our legitimate interests.
  • To send you news and offers. We only do this if you have agreed to it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To use photos of your finished kitchen on our website or social media. We only do this with your permission, and we never show your address.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your information. We only share it when we need to, with:

  • our designer and fitting team, so they can design and fit your kitchen;
  • the manufacturers and suppliers who make your units, worktops and appliances, and the couriers who deliver them, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver;
  • other trades working on your project, such as electricians, plumbers or worktop templaters, where this is part of your order;
  • our payment provider, bank, accountant and professional advisers;
  • the companies that host our website and email, and provide our booking and messaging tools;
  • the builder or trade partner who introduced you, but only to confirm your order went ahead;
  • the police, HMRC or other authorities when the law requires it.

Everyone we share information with must keep it safe and only use it for the job we have given them.

5. How long we keep it

  • Estimates and enquiries that do not go ahead: up to 2 years from our last contact, so we can help if you come back to us.
  • Customer orders and financial records: 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as the law requires.
  • Guarantee records: for as long as your guarantee lasts (up to 10 years from fitting), so we can deal with any claims.
  • Marketing: until you unsubscribe.

After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information, where we no longer need to keep it;
  • object to us using your information for our legitimate interests, or ask us to restrict how we use it;
  • ask us to send your information to you or another company in a common format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, for example to marketing emails, without affecting anything we did before.

To use any of these rights, email hello@primorainteriors.co.uk or call 0333 188 5868. We will reply within one month. There is normally no charge.

7. Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. We use cookies that are needed for our website to work. With your agreement, we may also use cookies to understand how people use our website and to measure our adverts, such as Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

You can accept or refuse these optional cookies when you first visit, and change your choice at any time. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

8. Keeping your information safe

We take sensible steps to protect your information, such as using secure, password-protected systems and only giving access to the people who need it.

Some of the companies that provide our website, email and messaging tools may store information outside the UK. When they do, we make sure the information is protected to the standard UK law requires, for example through approved contract terms.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have used your information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right: email hello@primorainteriors.co.uk or call 0333 188 5868.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
